Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of Java engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices-based applications using Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team.
Develop and maintain complex data structures and algorithms for large-scale systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

11-20 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DS&A) concepts.
Proficiency in Design Patterns (e.g., SOLID principles) for developing scalable architectures.
Experience working on problem-solving activities such as debugging complex issues or optimizing system performance.
