Job Title: Java Developer

Vacancies: 4 (3 Freshers + 1 Experienced)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 70% in 10th and 12th
• Minimum 65% in B.Tech (CSE/IT) or MCA

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based software applications.
• Collaborate with team members to define and design new features.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to application architecture improvements.
• Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java and Object-Oriented Programming
• Good understanding of Database Management Systems (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Basic knowledge of Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

• For Freshers:
• Stipend during training (4 months): ₹15,000/month
• Post-confirmation: Salary will be revised based on performance
• For Experienced Candidate:
• Salary as per industry standards and experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
