Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java/AWS Technical Lead to guide the architecture, design, and development of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS, with a strong focus on cloud-native application development and distributed systems using technologies like Kafka and ElastiCache.
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.Guide the team in integrating event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka.Design and optimize high-performance, scalable solutions using AWS services, including ElastiCache, EC2, S3, Lambda, and ECS.Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and DevOps pipelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA teams.Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews and technical design discussions.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and e.nsure the reliability and performance of applications
