Job Description Job Summary: We are hiring skilled Java professionals across experience levels to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade applications. The role evolves from hands-on development to solution architecture based on experience. Experience-wise Role Overview: 5–8 Years – Java Developer: Hands-on coding and debugging Implement REST APIs, microservices Work with frontend frameworks (Angular/React – nice to have) Unit testing and code reviews 8–12 Years – Tech Lead: Lead small teams; manage sprints and delivery Provide technical guidance and ensure code quality Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps Review design documents and support client discussions 12–16 Years – Lead/Architect: Design system architecture, define technical standards Evaluate and select frameworks, tools, cloud components Perform PoCs, lead large modules Guide team on scalability, performance tuning 16–19 Years – Solution/Enterprise Architect: Define end-to-end architecture across platforms Create architecture blueprints and cloud adoption strategies Interface with CxOs, product heads Drive innovation and roadmap planning Key Skillset: Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Database: SQL/NoSQL (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) Tools: Maven, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes (as per level) Frontend: Angular/React (added advantage) Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP (preferred) Show more Show less
