Hiring: Java Developer | 4--6 Years | Immediate Joiner

Experience:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
Work extensively with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Lead and mentor team members, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout project lifecycle.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Java (Core & Advanced).
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Experience in client handling and team management is a must.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
