Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of projects by setting milestones, prioritizing tasks, and providing guidance on technical best practices.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in developing Java applications with expertise in Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using various technologies (e.g., Python).
Experience working with SQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members from diverse backgrounds.
