Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Play the role of Lead in the team.
Able to manage a team of 5-7 team members.
Contribute on the technical aspects, code review, defect support and prod implementation
Ensure best practices (including unit testing / code coverage etc.) are implemented in the project
Work with various external teams (Front end, Testing, Product Management, 3rd party etc.) to drive the project and resolve dependencies

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
Must have min. 7+ years of development experience in Java
Must be hands on with Java, Springboot, REST, Microservices, Netflix OSS/Spring Cloud and Kafka
Must be able to write Junit test cases and ensure code coverage is up to agreed standards
Must have real time experience of working in the projects involving CI/CD
Good to have knowledge of being in an ecosystem involving creation of Docker Images and its orchestration using Kubernetes
Good to have knowledge of AWS cloud services from development integration perspective
