Java Developer- Fineos

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with experience working on FINEOS products and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core Java, enterprise integration patterns, and prior experience customizing or integrating with FINEOS AdminSuite (Claims, Policy, Billing, etc.). Youll play a key role in building and maintaining scalable solutions for the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based services integrating with the FINEOS platform.
• Customize and configure FINEOS modules (e.g., Claims, Billing, Policy) as per client requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to understand functional and technical requirements.
• Develop integration flows using web services (SOAP/REST), middleware, and messaging frameworks.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Java/FINEOS implementations.
• Support SIT/UAT environments and participate in production deployments.
• Maintain documentation of technical processes and customizations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7-9 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Experience working with or integrating FINEOS AdminSuite (Claims, Billing, or Policy components).
• Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web services, XML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, or similar Java technologies.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and messaging systems (e.g., JMS, Kafka) is a plus.
• Ability to work with relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with FINEOS configuration and scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Groovy).
• Exposure to insurance or financial services domains.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
• FINEOS certification (if any) is an added advantage.
