Job Description

Sr. Software Engineer:The Sr. Software engineer will contribute directly toproduct/applications development, taking the responsibility for: deliveringresults; ensuring the team to focus on the tasks at hand; communicating teamstatus/progress vis-a-vis deliverables.Sr. Software engineer is expected to have softwareengineering knowledge, solid software development skills, and previous exposureto multiple technologies and should have actively participated in projects as adeveloper/tester. Prior experience in testing domain would be an addedadvantage. In short, an SSE should have the characteristics of an all-rounder.
Job Description &Responsibilities:
- Contribute directly to applications/productdevelopment within a team
- Enable the development team to deliverhigh-quality and reliable software efficiently (via tools, processes, bestpractices, etc)
- Lead and motivate the team to decide and deliver on theircommitments
- Plan and execute day-to-day operationalactivities in a team with minimal dependency
- Monitor and control theprojects/activities within a team with respect to schedule and quality
- Demonstrate experience in the use of projectmanagement techniques
- Participate daily scrum meetings, review meetings,sprint planning meetings, sprint review sessions, sprint retrospectives
- Activelyparticipates in overall-release synch-up meetings
- Good at Critical thinking, design thinking,negotiating, and decision making skills
- Build and maintain effective relationshipswithin team and its ecosystem (among teams, sustenance, product management,field, customers etc
- ,) and collaborate well to drive improvements, leverageand showcase best practices in the context of software delivery
- From a team context is expected to beinward-looking as well as outward-looking to meet the overall organizationalobjectives
Skills required:

Minimum experience of 4-6 years as a SoftwareEngineer and preferentially having worked in Software Development, Analysis andTesting
Demonstrated experience in n-tier development
Goodknowledge of Software Engineering processes, methodologies and tools (UML,IDEs, CVS);Good hands-on experience in Java, Restful Web Services, Spring,Spring-boot, etc
Experience inContainerization and MicroservicesHe/she should have prior hands-on exp
with Docker, Kubernetes,Hyperscaler(GCP/AWS/Azure)
Good hands-on experience in Vibe coding using Github Copilot or similar ETL& Migration exposureKnowledge of OracleJava technologies Java: JSP, Servlet, JSF J2EE, JMS, Struts, Spring Framework,Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, and other Java related technologies)Documentum or anyenterprise content management system knowledge and AI assistance tools exposure will be addedadvantageUnderstanding of SaaSand Cloud computing paradigms will be added advantageShould have excellent communication skills bothwritten and oral
Peoplewith experience in scrum way of software development will be preferred
