• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications and services.
• Build scalable, high-performance microservices and APIs.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams on solution design.
• Implement integrations with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
• Support deployment, production issues, and ongoing enhancements.
• Contribute to documentation and technical design artifacts.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring / Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience working in remote, global delivery teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating with SAP or other enterprise platforms is a plus.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or transformation programs.

• Multiple long-term roles on a high-visibility global program.
• Fully remote engagement with flexibility and global exposure.
• Strong likelihood of contract extension beyond the initial term.
