Role & responsibilities

Senior Java Developer + APIs Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) JD Skill : Senior Java Developer with Spring Boot and API Expertise Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code using best practices (e.g., code reviews, unit testing). Research and evaluate new tools, utilities, and practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges. Work with product owners to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of applications. Contribute to new product features and enhance existing ones. Take ownership of technical delivery, ensuring timelines and requirements are met. Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and best practices.

Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Core Java, collections, OOPs, and design patterns. Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot/Spring Framework. Experience with messaging frameworks like Kafka or JMS. Strong database knowledge, including SQL and NoSQL technologies. Familiarity with Snowflake or Postgres for managing data streams. Hands-on experience with tools like GIT, SVN, and Maven. Proficiency in unit, integration, and performance testing. Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies. Nice to Have Skills Experience working in an Agile environment. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications Bachelors degree with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
