Job Description

Develop and optimize real-time and batch data processing applications using Java, Apache Flink (mandatory), and CDC techniques.
Build and manage event-driven pipelines using Kafka and work with Parquet and other data serialization formats.
Design scalable batch vs. streaming frameworks and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure high throughput and stability.
Collaborate with data engineering, DevOps, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions with best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations to enable robust and scalable data platforms.
