Java Architect

Role Overview: As a Java Tech Lead, you will lead a team of Java developers by providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Your responsibilities include facilitating effective communication across teams and stakeholders, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Java applications - Define and maintain application architecture, leading architectural discussions and decisions - Write clean, efficient, and reusable Java code using best practices - Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies - Analyze and troubleshoot issues in production environments, optimize existing systems Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 12+ years of software development experience with a focus on Java - Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or Software Engineer in Java-based application development - Expertise in Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Spring Boot - Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms - Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, databases, and caching technologies - Familiarity with tools such as Maven, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes - Experience with Agile development methodologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership skills Additional Company Details: The job type is Full-time, Permanent.
