Java Application/Production Support Engineer

As an Application Support Engineer at Healthfirst Technologies, your role involves providing technical and analytical support, troubleshooting issues, and effectively communicating with different teams. You will be responsible for handling customer L3 tickets, generating analytics and insights, and managing critical incidents in high-pressure situations. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience in Java coding, possess AWS knowledge, and demonstrate strong communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Providing technical and analytical support for applications - Troubleshooting issues and incidents effectively - Handling customer L3 tickets and generating analytics - Managing critical incidents in high-pressure situations - Collaborating with different teams for effective communication - Utilizing programming languages, scripting, and debugging tools - Working with Java development and related technologies - Utilizing AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, RDS, etc. - Understanding Azure DevOps, Linux, Servers, and basic DB queries - Demonstrating proficiency in software development processes and methodologies - Utilizing knowledge of databases, networking, and operating systems **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Proficiency in programming languages, scripting, and debugging tools - Experience with Java development and related technologies - Familiarity with AWS services and technologies - Understanding of Azure DevOps, Linux, Servers, and basic DB queries - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Adaptability to evolving technologies and changing priorities - Previous experience in application support or technical support is a plus - In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies Please note that this is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad with a preference for local candidates.
