As a member of the Global Client Computing team reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, your primary responsibility will involve the management of the Windows/Mac estate. This includes overseeing the supporting infrastructure, delivering software updates, and ensuring security compliance. Your role will encompass a mix of day-to-day support tasks and project work, with a particular emphasis on Business As Usual (BAU) activities. Collaboration with various levels within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) and different business communities will be essential. Your main focus will be on systems management infrastructure, providing global support and guidance. Additionally, you will play a key role in training others to enhance skills organization-wide and maintain consistent standards. Key Responsibilities: - Administer JAMF for MAC device management, user identity, and endpoint protection - Manage Microsoft Intune for device management and policy configuration - Ensure security compliance across the Global endpoint estate utilizing JAMF, SCCM, MECM, and Azure - Promptly patch vulnerabilities and uphold compliance levels - Develop and implement top-notch vulnerability, security, and Evergreen upgrade processes - Resolve complex issues related to Windows group policy, MAC policy, and security patches - Troubleshoot intricate problems with Laptop hardware, drivers, and BIOS updates - Analyze log files and windows events to detect incidents and performance issues. Collaborate with Service Delivery, IT Security, and desktop support teams for incident management - Escalate issues to third-party vendors such as Microsoft, Apple, Dell, 1E, and Devicelock - Collaborate closely with GCC Engineering, GCC Packaging, Senior Technical Management, Product Owners, and Project Managers to support technology across the Collaboration stack - Assist in delivering service improvements through efficient utilization of existing product set and provision of better tools - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for macOS, Windows 10/11, and Evergreen across all EUC platforms (Laptop, PC, VDI) - Ensure adherence to Security Policy standards and operational requirements in service delivery - Maintain support documentation and issue tracking using Confluence and Jira. Establish and maintain hardware certification standards - Keep technical documentation up to date and work with Techhub for Knowledge Base support articles and upskilling sessions - Manage Product enhancement via Agile processes with Product owner - Provide Management reporting of end-to-end services via PowerBI - Ensure the EUC estate meets all Audit requirements Qualifications Required: - High level of skill and experience with Windows, Mac, Intune management, Microsoft Autopilot, Security patching, Vulnerability management, group policy, security & networking for the end user computing environment (Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description.),
