Job Description

As a member of the Global Client Computing team, you will be working under the guidance of the Senior Technical Manager to manage the Windows/Mac estate and its supporting infrastructure. Your role will encompass a combination of day-to-day support tasks and project work, with a focus on Business As Usual (BAU) activities. Collaboration with various teams within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) and different business communities will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Your primary responsibility will involve managing systems infrastructure, providing global support and guidance, as well as training others to enhance skills organization-wide and maintain consistent standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer JAMF for MAC device management, user identity, and endpoint protection - Manage Microsoft Intune for device management and policy configuration - Ensure security compliance across the Global endpoint estate using JAMF, SCCM, MECM, and Azure - Promptly patch vulnerabilities and maintain compliance levels - Develop and implement top-notch vulnerability, security, and Evergreen upgrade processes - Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows group policy, MAC policy, and security patches - Address complex issues with Laptop hardware, drivers, and BIOS updates - Analyze log files and Windows events to identify incidents and performance issues. Collaborate with Service Delivery, IT Security, and desktop support teams for incident management - Escalate issues to third-party vendors including Microsoft, Apple, Dell, 1E, and Devicelock - Collaborate with various teams to support technology across the Collaboration stack - Drive service improvements through efficient use of existing tools and products - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for macOS, Windows 10/11, and Evergreen across all EUC platforms - Adhere to Security Policy standards and ensure operational requirements align with service delivery standards - Maintain support documentation and issue tracking using Confluence and Jira, and publish hardware certification standards - Keep technical documentation updated and provide Knowledge Base support articles through Techhub - Manage Product enhancement via Agile processes with Product owner - Provide Management reporting of end-to-end services using PowerBI - Ensure the EUC estate meets all Audit requirements The above responsibilities outline the key tasks and focus areas within the Global Client Computing team.,
