Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) modules.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific client needs.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and services.
• Utilize Power Platform tools to build workflows, automate processes, and enhance business applications.
• Work with Co-Pilot Studios to leverage AI-powered development assistance within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and best practices.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, particularly Customer Engagement (CE/CRM).
• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Co-Pilot Studios and leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong knowledge of customizing entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations in Dynamics 365.
• Experience in solution architecture, data modeling, and API integrations.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
