Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate IVF Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating infertility issues, managing IVF/ICSI cycles, and offering personalized fertility care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed fertility assessments including history, physical exams, and relevant diagnostics. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, including IVF, IUI, ICSI, and donor programs. Perform and oversee IVF procedures, embryo transfers, follicular monitoring, and oocyte retrievals. Counsel patients on fertility options, risks, and procedures with empathy and clarity. Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and counselors to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ART and ICMR guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement of clinical protocols and patient satisfaction. Contribute to awareness and educational programs on fertility treatment.

Qualifications

MBBS with MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (mandatory) Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine / IVF or equivalent specialization Valid MCI/State Medical Council registration Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IVF treatment and reproductive healthcare Strong communication, empathy, and leadership skills Ability to handle complex infertility cases independently

Experience with donor programs, surrogacy coordination, or international patients Comfort with electronic medical records and clinic management software Fluency in English and local language(s)
