Role Description

As an IVF Consultant at Mediversal, you will play a key clinical role in diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients through their fertility journey. This position requires hands-on expertise in assisted reproductive technologies and a strong belief in individualized, ethical care.

You will work closely with embryologists, nursing staff, and counselors to ensure seamless, high-quality patient outcomes while contributing to the clinic’s clinical growth and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage IVF cycles, including stimulation protocols, ovum pickup coordination, embryo transfer planning, and follow-ups
• Diagnose and treat infertility cases using evidence-based reproductive medicine practices
• Provide detailed patient counselling, explaining treatment options, outcomes, and risks with transparency
• Develop and customize treatment protocols based on individual patient profiles
• Monitor treatment progress and manage complex or high-risk fertility cases
• Collaborate with the embryology and nursing teams to ensure clinical excellence
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards
• Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and case reviews

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Qualifications

• MBBS with MS/DGO/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Fellowship or formal training in Reproductive Medicine / IVF (preferred)

Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in IVF and assisted reproductive technologies
• Proven ability to independently handle IVF cases and patient consultations
