Job Description

Minimum
7+ years of hands-on experience
in IT Asset Management and related processes.
Strong knowledge of
CMDB, CSDM Model, and Service Mapping
principles.
Proven expertise in implementing and managing
ServiceNow Asset Management
modules.
Solid understanding of
ITIL methodologies
and asset lifecycle management best practices.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, both
written and verbal
.
Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office tools
including Excel and SharePoint for data analysis and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Engineering, Technology, or a related field
is required.
