ITSM Application Support (L1)

As an ITSM L1 Application Support Analyst at Jio, your role involves ensuring the stability of core business applications by providing L1 support for enterprise applications such as Service Manager, OBM, and uCMDB. You will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and resolving incidents and alerts to meet strict SLAs. Your expertise in utilizing the Ticketing tool (Service Manager) workflow is crucial for effective support. Additionally, you will work hands-on with both Linux and Windows OS for installation and troubleshooting, perform routine health checks, updates, and configuration tasks.
