Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to increase business revenues by acquiring new clients in the IT services, Tech Outsourcing, and Software sales sectors. You will focus on identifying potential prospects, developing leads, and converting them into profitable business relationships. Your role will require a deep understanding of the IT services industry and software sales, along with the ability to engage with clients at senior levels. Key Responsibilities: - Identify prospective clients in the IT services business and generate revenues through effective sales strategies. - Utilize various networks to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of local and international markets for Time and Material (T&M) and Fixed Price projects. - Drive sales growth for large accounts through strategic planning and market analysis. - Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to develop sales plans accordingly. - Engage with key stakeholders such as CEOs, CXOs, VP-Technology, HR Head, and Finance to build strong relationships and drive sales. - Prepare and submit proposals, contracts, and other necessary documents for client acquisition and project execution. - Communicate effectively and demonstrate the ability to convert potential clients into long-term business partners. - Maintain detailed reports and trackers to monitor sales activities and progress towards achieving targets. - Collaborate with the reporting supervisor to review sales performance and ensure adherence to the sales plan. Experience Requirements: - Postgraduate degree with over 10 years of experience in IT sales. - Proven track record in B2B sales with a focus on revenue generation. - Familiarity with IT Outsourcing concepts will be advantageous. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. - Knowledge of technology and automation trends will be beneficial in this role.
