ITIL Account Service Advisor

NTT DATA is looking for an ITIL Account Service Advisor to join the team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing IT issues to support end users across the enterprise. This position involves both strategic design and hands-on implementation to ensure effective Incident Management. Responsibilities include creating guidelines for process usage, integrating incident management with other processes, preventing stagnation, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key responsibilities of this role include working closely with stakeholders to maintain global consistency, defining incident management strategy, identifying gaps for process improvements, collaborating with various teams and subject matter experts, analyzing statistical data for compliance and effectiveness, developing incident playbooks, providing advice on policy decisions related to incident management, setting process improvement objectives, communicating the vision of continuous process improvement, creating reports on critical success factors and key performance indicators, gathering feedback from end users for efficiency improvements, and providing coaching, training, and support to promote an incident management culture within the organization. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field, along with at least 5 years of experience as an IT Incident Manager. Additionally, candidates should have 5 years of experience in ITIL implementation and project coordination, possess an ITIL Foundation Certification, have expertise in ITSM processes and ServiceNow Incident Management module, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
