ITI Fitter

Job Description:

As an ITI Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fitting and assembly operations on machinery and equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Ensure accurate alignment, levelling, and fitting of components
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Use hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards

Qualifications:

• ITI Fitter Certification from a recognized institute
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers are welcome)
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• Basic understanding of machinery and tools
• Physically fit and able to handle workshop tasks
• Team player with good work ethics

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of grinding and drilling machines
• Familiarity with maintenance schedules and practices
• Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment
