Job Description

Role Overview: As an ITI Electrical Technician, your main responsibility will be to coordinate technical visits at customer sites in a timely manner. You will also be expected to investigate and proactively resolve equipment issues, create and update work instructions, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, you will provide technical support to customers and field engineers, maintain product and technology knowledge, and act as a liaison between field service and other departments to resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate timely technical visits at customer sites - Investigate and resolve equipment issues proactively - Create and update work instructions for troubleshooting - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts - Provide technical support to customers and field engineers - Maintain product and technology knowledge - Act as liaison between field service and other departments to resolve complex issues Qualifications Required: - Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels - Flexible and open-minded attitude - Solid electrical, electronics, and mechanical knowledge - Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment Additional Details: Candidates from Central Line or nearby Thane are preferred for this role. Immediate joiners are also preferred. Note: Benefits include health insurance and the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule.
