iTero Field Service Support

As an Operations role at Align Technology located in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for absorbing potential based on performance into the clinical or sales division. The work timings may require visits from 8:30 am to 8 pm with a six-day working schedule (Monday to Saturday). You will be required to carry around an instrument weighing 25 kgs. Your essential duties will include but are not limited to the following: - Deliver Results: - Work with assigned accounts and team within the organization. - Provide all appropriate reporting to the Manager, including customer feedback on a daily report. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop a high-performance team in India. - Drive the Best Outcomes: - Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the company's product, iTero. - Provide training in product knowledge, selling skills, territory management, and Align Terms and Conditions of Business. - Evaluate levels of customer, product, and systems knowledge via in-field assessment. - Build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure product usage and gain market share. - Keep abreast of competitors" activities and update the Marketing Manager with market intelligence. - Maintain quality updates records and customer product feedback for the Indian market. - Perform other duties as assigned. The technical qualifications required for this role include the ability to troubleshoot and qualify issues effectively, discuss technical issues clearly with non-technical end-users, and understand and troubleshoot MS Windows Operating Systems. Non-technical qualifications include good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, optimism, results orientation, creativity, and the capability to work without constant supervision. You should be able to thrive in a young international company experiencing growth, communicate effectively across all areas of the company, and work within a multicultural team. The educational requirement for this role is a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Language Skills: - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. - Ability to actively engage in both internal and external correspondence.
