Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Italian Chef to join our culinary team in Jamnagar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing authentic Italian dishes, including pastas, pizzas, risottos, sauces, and desserts. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and contributing creative ideas to enhance the menu.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes following traditional recipes and modern techniques.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food.
• Assist in planning and developing new Italian menu items.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory and assist in ordering kitchen supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary and service teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an Italian Chef or Commis Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary certification or diploma preferred (not mandatory).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
