IT TRAINER

As an IT Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs in various modes such as classroom, online, and hybrid. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating training materials including manuals, guides, presentations, and assessments - Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements - Training individuals and teams on various topics such as operating systems, office productivity tools, programming fundamentals, networking, cybersecurity awareness, cloud and emerging technologies - Facilitating hands-on lab sessions and real-time troubleshooting exercises - Evaluating training effectiveness and providing constructive feedback - Maintaining training records, tracking progress, and reporting performance metrics - Offering technical support and guidance to trainees - Staying updated with the latest IT trends and technologies Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 1 year of experience in training. The work location for this position is in person.
