IT TRAINER

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver IT training programs (classroom, online, and hybrid modes)
• Create training materials, manuals, guides, presentations, and assessments
• Conduct needs assessment to identify skill gaps and training requirements
• Train individuals and teams on:
• Operating systems and office productivity tools
• Programming fundamentals and software applications
• Networking and system fundamentals
• Cybersecurity awareness and safe computing practices
• Cloud and emerging technologies (as required)
• Facilitate hands-on lab sessions and real-time troubleshooting exercises
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain training records, track progress, and report performance metrics
• Offer technical support and guidance to trainees
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
