Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our firm's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical assistance to our employees.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

1. Education:

  - Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

2. Experience:

  - 1-3 years of experience in IT support, maintenance, and troubleshooting

3. Skills:

  - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals

  - Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile devices

  - Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems

  - Should have proper  knowledge of projector , CCTV , biometric ,

RF device, all office equipments related from laptop +desktop.

4. Other Requirements:

  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

5. Personal Attributes:

  - Proactive and detail-oriented

  - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
