Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Executive/Technician with hands-on experience in billing software, preferably in the pharmaceutical generics segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our software systems, especially related to billing and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot billing software across multiple branches
• Coordinate with software vendors for customization and upgrades
• Handle server-related operations and data backup protocols
• Provide day-to-day IT support to users regarding software and networking issues
• Ensure smooth integration of billing software with inventory and accounting systems
• Train end-users on software usage when required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Proven expertise in billing software (pharma billing software experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of server operations and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multi-location support

Salary:
Negotiable – based on experience and expertise
