IT Technician

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems to ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. Your strong problem-solving skills will be essential in diagnosing and resolving IT issues promptly. You will work independently to configure computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals, while also providing technical support to employees and responding to IT-related queries. Regular system updates, backups, and ensuring network security will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendors for hardware/software purchases and repairs. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role, along with a Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking is required, as well as hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Familiarity with IT security practices and troubleshooting methodologies is essential. You should be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks effectively, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
