IT Technician

As an IT Software Executive, your role will involve providing technical support for software and hardware issues. You will be responsible for assisting in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems and applications. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating company software systems to ensure smooth operation. Collaboration with internal teams for software testing, documentation, and updates will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. In case of minor hardware issues, you will handle troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors if required. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support for software and hardware issues. - Assisting in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems and applications. - Maintaining and updating company software systems for smooth operation. - Collaborating with internal teams for software testing, documentation, and updates. - Handling minor hardware troubleshooting and coordination with vendors if needed. To excel in this role, you are required to possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of IT software. - Good understanding of computer hardware, networking, and system configuration. - Basic knowledge of databases, web technologies, or scripting languages is a plus. - Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Qualifications: - B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or IT - MCA (Master of Computer Applications) Additionally, the working hours for this role are as follows: - Full-Time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) - Part-Time: Flexible timing (minimum 4 hours/day) It is essential for you to be able to commute or relocate to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh before starting work.
