Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically skilled and dependable IT Technician for our office in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installing and maintaining laptops, printers, and IT equipment, as well as the ability to handle basic PRO (Public Relations Officer) tasks such as document submissions, office errands, and government-related work. A valid driving license and driving experience are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and IT peripherals.

Perform basic software installations, updates, and system troubleshooting.

Support internal teams with day-to-day IT needs and hardware setups.

Travel to client locations or vendor offices as needed for technical support or document delivery.

Handle PRO-related tasks such as collecting and submitting official documents, visiting government offices, and running company errands.

Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and IT asset inventory.

Ensure proper transportation and handling of IT hardware and documents.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in IT hardware support or a similar role.

Strong knowledge in printer and laptop installation, configuration, and basic networking.

Must be able to drive and hold a valid LMV driving license.

Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and office software.

Ability to handle external PRO work efficiently and professionally.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Age must be 25 years or above.

Must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Hardware, Networking, or related field.

Experience working with brands like HP, Canon, Dell, Epson, etc.

Prior exposure to PRO-related responsibilities is a plus.

Basic understanding of IT documentation and asset tracking.
