Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and driven Technical Recruiters with experience in Semiconductor/VLSI hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to hiring engineers for ASIC, RTL Design, Physical Design, Verification, DFT, Embedded, and related domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for

  semiconductor/VLSI-related roles

  using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
• Work closely with delivery managers and clients to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.
• Engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies and networking.
• Keep up with semiconductor hiring trends and market intelligence.

• Required Skills:

• 15 years of experience in

  semiconductor or core engineering recruitment

  .
• Strong understanding of roles such as

  ASIC Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Analog Design, Embedded Systems, etc.

• Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, etc.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or any graduate discipline.
• Experience in contract and permanent hiring.
