Role & responsibilities: Job Requirement Analysis: Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions and technical requirements. Understand the skill set, experience level, and qualifications needed for each role. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, and social media to source qualified candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates technical abilities and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews with internal stakeholders. Candidate Engagement: Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and technical panels or hiring managers. Gather interview feedback and support decision-making processes. Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and manage the offer-to-joining process. Ensure all documentation and background verification processes are completed. Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress. Collaborate with HR and other departments to support onboarding. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain recruitment data and generate reports on metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and joining ratios. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on current hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity in the tech recruitment space. Skills & Qualifications:
