IT Systems Manager

• Should have knowledge of updated windows server.
• Monitoring of WAN, LAN, VSAT connectivity of Different Sites and, Troubleshooting of ODIN Application
• Should have knowledge of domain administration and troubleshooting, ADS management.
• Responsible for Backup of all servers.
• Basic knowledge of SAP’s modules.
• Should have knowledge of mail server and proxy server.
• Should have knowledge of Operation Systems windows & its installation and troubleshooting.
• Should have knowledge of LAN Configuration and WAN Configuration, Responsible for network evaluations, troubleshooting a variety of network problems.
• Handle the tasks of providing technical support to resolve day-to-day network, computer, and peripheral equipment issues.
• Installation of Applications, Software and Mailbox Configuration in Outlook Express, MS Outlook, and Mozilla Thunderbird.
• Vendor/supplier Management.
• Co-Ordination with Warranty Support.
• Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• User data Backup.
• Printer Installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of anti-virus packages & problem solving.
• Knowledge of data recovery from hard disk

• Strong effective communicator, Interpersonal Relationship Skill, highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Good Presentation Skill.
