IT Systems Eng. (IMAC)

Your key responsibilities include coordinating and executing global IMAC processes, ensuring standardized IT device lifecycle management, monitoring service quality through KPIs, supporting hardware deployment strategies, managing escalations and troubleshooting related to global IMAC activities, maintaining process documentation, and providing guidelines for Edge IT & regional teams. In addition to core domain skills, you will engage with external service providers, support ITIL-based service processes, assist in the implementation of automation and self-service solutions, and collaborate with the workplace standardization team. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with certifications like ITIL or Service Management. You should have more than 3 years of experience in an IT environment, hands-on experience with IMAC processes and hardware deployment, familiarity with IT Service Management Tools, stakeholder management skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
