IT Systems Administrator

We are looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our office hardware and software systems. This person will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, and manage IT infrastructure effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other office hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all systems, applications, and software are updated and running smoothly.
• Manage data backup, recovery, and IT security protocols.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
• Provide technical support and training to employees for hardware/software usage.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT purchases, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), and office software.
• Hands-on experience with networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, email systems, and data backup tools.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
