IT Systems Administrator

As a member of the team, your primary responsibilities will include handling various aspects of inventory management in a challenging Data Center lab environment. Your duties will involve shipping, receiving, check-in, and check-out of inventory items, as well as organizing them efficiently. It will be your responsibility to maintain accurate records of all transactions related to inventory items in the system. Additionally, you will be required to compile and publish a monthly asset utilization report, identifying any old or unused items that need to be processed for scrapping. You will play a crucial role in educating new users about lab policies through training sessions. Conducting regular audits to ensure the health of the inventory is maintained will also be part of your job. Collaboration with the Central Inventory Team is essential to manage the inventory process effectively and stay updated on new practices. Prioritizing requests based on their criticality and following instructions from the Lead/Management will be crucial in streamlining operations.
