IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops.
• Configure, install, and maintain CCTV systems.
• Setup and configure various types of printers (network and local).
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees or clients.
• Maintain documentation of all support activities.
• Coordinate with vendors if required for hardware/software replacements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in laptop troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CCTV installation and configuration.
• Experience in printer installation and configuration.
• Basic understanding of networking will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma/Certification in IT, Hardware & Networking, or relevant field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
