YOUR MISSIONS

As an IT Support Technician, you will work with the IT helpdesk dedicated to the Group's users to provide assistance, support and operational readiness of their systems.

Your main activities will be the following:

• Maintain user environments in operational condition
• Ensure operating systems are running smoothly
• Diagnosing a hardware/software malfunction
• Technical assistance to users
• Manage daily IT support requests
• Write technical documentation for users
• Travel is to be expected

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• You have an appetite for systems and applications
• Network knowledge would be a plus
• You enjoy working in an international environment: you have a good level of English
• You are recognized for your autonomy, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as your team spirit
• And you want to join a professional and caring team, which will help you improve your skills
