Hiring: IT Support Specialist
Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratWork Type: On-site | Full-TimeExperience: 1–4 Years (IT support/helpdesk preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks
• Monitor system performance and ensure secure, reliable operations
• Manage user access, email setups, and basic server operations
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service requirements
• Ensure antivirus, backups, and security updates are running effectively
• Assist employees with IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
• Experience with routers, firewalls, and LAN/WAN setup preferred
• Problem-solving ability with good communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support tickets
