Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services. Assist with user account setup, permissions, and access management. Respond promptly to service issues and requests, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, solutions, and IT assets. Implement and support data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and support. Provide training and guidance to staff on IT tools, security best practices, and new technologies.
