IT Support & Security Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support & Security Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, stability, and smooth functioning of our office systems. You will monitor system performance, safeguard against malware and unauthorized access, resolve technical issues, and provide timely support to employees.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Regularly monitor and audit office systems for security breaches or vulnerabilities.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues across various platforms.
• Implement measures to prevent data theft, malware attacks, and unauthorized access.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and ensure smooth system operations.
• Evaluate and recommend new software/tools to improve organizational efficiency.
• Set up, configure, and maintain internal IT systems for optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and processes.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of IT concerns.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or IT security.
• Strong knowledge of system diagnostics, malware detection, firewalls, and data protection practices.
• Proven experience in software and system-level troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
