Job Description

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Fresher to join our team. The role involves managing IT systems, providing technical assistance, and ensuring smooth operation of all hardware and software across branches and collection centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage MIS software
Provide technical support for computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Perform hardware and software maintenance as required.
Co-ordinate other expert service required on maintenance.
Monitor and maintain network and internet connectivity.
Support and troubleshoot CCTV systems and related equipment.
Travel to collection centres and main branches to ensure proper functioning of computers and accessories.
Handle and resolve day-to-day technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

BCA, B.Sc, Diploma (IT/Computer Science), or any other related field.
Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software installation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
