Job Description

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Role: Technical and operational support for our educational platform, focused on maximizing user uptime and content accessibility.

Core Responsibilities

System & Application Backend: Provide Tier 1/2 backend support for student applications, including configuration troubleshooting and course data management.

User Support: Resolve diverse technical issues (apps, system errors, connectivity) for students and internal staff (Academic, Admissions, Coordinators).

Content Production: Edit video recordings, manage/upload course notes, and coordinate technical setup for studio recordings and live virtual sessions.

Access Management: Maintain user groups and manage access permissions within core administrative systems.

Guidance & Training: Deliver clear technical instructions and support to students via multiple communication channels.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 06-1 years of demonstrable experience in a technical support, help desk, or IT administrative role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
