Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at our company, your role is essential in maintaining the network, computer, and CCTV setup to ensure smooth and efficient operations without any problems or glitches. Your expertise will help enhance system performance and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Skills:** - Possess working knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems, including Microsoft, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SQL Server. - Familiarity with current systems software, protocols, and standards. - **Non-technical Skills:** - Demonstrate problem sensitivity to identify and address issues promptly. - Exhibit judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate solutions effectively. - Maintain a high level of patience and professionalism while assisting employees with varying computer competencies. - Showcase problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - Work effectively under pressure, maintaining a calm demeanor during crises. - Utilize customer service skills to provide excellent support. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum Education: BCA / B.Sc. (IT) / B.Sc. - Experience: 2-3 years In this role, you will be responsible for: - Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. - Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. - Responding to and resolving help desk requests promptly. - Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments. - Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues. - Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining email applications and virus protection software. - Planning, coordinating, and implementing network security measures. - Checking, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with live streaming. - Installing or removing CCTV cameras as needed. - Setting up and installing physical access control systems for FCPL offices. - Monitoring access control systems, troubleshooting malfunctions, and resolving issues. - Escalating complex issues to vendors when necessary. **Company Details:** (If available in the JD) This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
