Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults. Support in maintaining IT asset records and documentation. Collaborate with the IT team for system updates, patching, and preventive maintenance. Ensure timely resolution of IT-related queries through ticketing systems or direct communication. Required Skills & Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and hardware troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. IT Support Intern Location: Kolkata Duration: 6 Months Internship Stipend: ₹5,000 per month Shift: Rotational
