Pursuing or completed BCA, B.Sc in IT, or a relevant IT degree

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering IT support services across departments, assisting the Project Manager in daily responsibilities, and ensuring seamless communication of important information.

Key Responsibilities:
1 Provide IT support services to all departments as needed 2 Ensure timely transfer and communication of important information across departments 3 Work closely with the Project Manager and assist in project coordination 4 Help in executing tasks assigned by the Project Manager 5 Handle basic troubleshooting, software/hardware support, and system updates 6 Maintain documentation related to support activities and project assistance

Requirements:
1 Pursuing or completed BCA, B.Sc (IT), or an equivalent degree 2 Strong understanding of IT systems, tools, and basic troubleshooting 3 Good communication and coordination skills 4 Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies

5 Should have basic IT field knowledge

Preferred Skills:

1 Familiarity with MS Office, basic networking, and helpdesk operations
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
